MMPRC on the lookout for host property for the “STORYTELLERS’ CONFERENCE 2023”

‘The Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023’ the largest destination marketing event of the Maldives is scheduled for May 2023; RFPs have been sent out by Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) seeking a property to host the event.

‘The Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023’ will be an exclusive event starting from the 7th of May 2023 which will showcase the various tourism products and unique experiences offered by the nation of Maldives. MMPRC aims to break from the traditional sun, sand, and sea image of the Maldives by spreading awareness about sustainable tourism initiatives through influencers, bloggers, and travel writers. The event will host many eminent guests including 4 celebrity speakers, 50+ international travel writers, and also Journalists from the Maldives to effectively and efficiently promote and sell the Maldives.

The host property will also benefit from this partnership as they will be offered certain perks such as 5-8  minutes of presentation time where they can reach out to an international market through the 50+ international writers present at the event and showcase their property and offers. The host property will also be mentioned in the materials of ‘Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023’. The pre-bid meeting will be conducted on the 7th of December for all the interested properties at the MMPRC Office on the 4th floor of the H. Zonaria building.
